Choices
Do I have cereal or do I have oats?
Do I watch a romantic movie or do I watch a thriller?
Are a few routine choices that wouldn’t change anything.
Then you’re faced with those life-changing choices:
What college do I join? What course do I pursue?
Do I accept this job or maybe there is something better?
One wrong choice and you find yourself working in hell!
Where could I find a definition to a ‘right’ choice?
Stuck at an intersection, how to I know which way to go?
There are choices thrown at me every minute,
Feeling it’s impossible to make a wrong decision.
Why do we feel we need a second chance?
To be faced with the same choice for a second time?
And here I see this choice in front of me,
do I continue with is poem or stop and read?
